JOB DETAILS: TEAM LEADER X 3

 

LOCATION: Rosslyn

WORKING HOURS: Rotational –Monday to Sunday

REPORTS TO: Duty Manager

 

JOB SUMMARY: 

Provision of Control Room services and support on contracted site/location, including but not limited to reporting and monitoring. Duties will be performed in the capacity of full-time Team Leader on site.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MEASURABLES

  •  Supervise Control Officers on site
  • Property and assets protection
  • Client liaison
  • Carry out all Control Room function within area of responsibility
  • Conduct preliminary investigations
  • Manage workplace discipline and institute disciplinary action
  • Interpret and manage conflicts within the workplace
  • Manage time productively
  • Optimum maintenance of client service levels and retention of business
  • Self-discipline and adherence to company values: Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Grade 12;
  • PSIRA Grade A;
  • Course in body language / CCTV observation.

Experience

  • 8 Years’ experience within CCTV control Room;
  • Supervisory / Management experience;
  • Audit experience.

  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office full package;

  • Possess high concentration abilities for prolonged periods of time;
  • Ability to operate within 24/7 multi shift environment;
  • Presentation skills;
  • High level of integrity and honesty.
